New Hope Christian Academy is based on a biblical worldview, and therefore we consider the spiritual development of our students of utmost importance to their academic growth.
Each academic subject is viewed from a biblical perspective. We consider our roles as Christian educators to include equipping our students to think and live within a practical, consistent biblical worldview.
We consider excellence in education to be more than the process of merely gaining knowledge and developing the mind. At New Hope Christian Academy, we teach them how to live and work; how to maintain proper conduct in life’s circumstances; and encourage values and morals that enable an individual to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong.
Although academics are an important element of education, the spiritual training and character development of children are considered just as important. Through a biblical worldview, we encourage our students to view life and the world around them through the lens of Scripture. This includes development of a positive attitude and a love for learning, and to become life-long learners.
Our goal is to teach our students to be independent learners, with a biblical worldview that enables them to search the Scriptures and to ask, “What does the Bible say about this issue? What does God want me to do?”
